You’re at a career event, standing in front of a company… and suddenly thinking: What do I even say?

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to handle these situations with more clarity and confidence. You’ll practice how to introduce yourself in a way that feels natural, ask questions that go beyond the obvious, and use conversations with companies to actually learn what fits you. We’ll look at how you can use these conversations not just to “perform”, but to understand companies and make better decisions for yourself.

After the workshop, you’ll also have the opportunity to book a 1:1 coaching session to ask your individual questions and get support in finding your own personalized strategy (booking link will be shared with participants).

She was once an international student herself, later building a successful corporate career where she also worked in career development before moving into freelancing and coaching. With her unique mix of corporate experience, career development expertise and professional coach training, she now helps internationals design meaningful careers in Germany, bringing the guidance she once wished she had herself.
